About the role
The Learning and Capability unit is seeking a highly organised, motivated, and experienced Project Manager to guide and mentor its team to deliver on new and exciting programs and initiatives.
In this role, you will manage a suite of learning and capability projects, applying sound project management principles, to deliver key initiatives and events that ensure operational teams have the capability and resources to meet their objectives and sustainably adapt to change.
Consultation with a wide range of stakeholder groups is essential for success in this role.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate proven experience in project management within learning and capability initiatives. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of change and project management, project analysis, research, organisational change methods and developing and coordinating the implementation of strategic IT technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to provide accurate advice and consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, while being able to contribute constructively to a high performing multi-disciplinary team.
