A few key things you’ll do:

• Design and facilitate content delivery, ensure we embed in a clever, creative and distinctly human way
• Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and leaders on needs analysis and deliver solutions that make a difference and uplift capability
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and drive key OD initiatives including induction and onboarding, development planning and employee experience.

A bit about you:

• You're in an L&D Coordinator role looking to step up, or you’ve had broad HR generalist experience, looking to specialise in L&D; either way, you enjoy driving outcomes.
• You’re passionate about L&D, you know what the best in the market are doing and you’re looking to create something great.
• You can juggle multiple projects; you just get stuff done!
• You’re not a box ticker. Instead, you see development activity as an opportunity to deliver an outcome.
• You’re curious about tech, not just the industry, but also how you’ll use it in your role to mix things up!
