Position Overview: As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and addressing current and future learning needs within the organisation. You will design, deliver, and manage a variety of learning programs and initiatives, ranging from face-to-face sessions to eLearning content. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all L&D matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyse current and future learning and development needs, including Personal Development Plans (PDP) and L&D requests. Design and deliver (or facilitate the delivery of) learning and development solutions to meet organisational objectives. Manage face-to-face learning offerings, including HBDI, First Nations Cultural Awareness, and other relevant programs.
