What you'll do
- Consult with stakeholders, learning partners and subject matter experts to support learning outcomes and to ensure learning project deliverables are met.
- Connect learning solutions to business strategy and employ a strong customer-focussed approach and co-creation of delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, displaying the ability to assimilate information quickly and display discipline throughout.
- Apply effective cost management principles.
- Design and deliver program content to meet organisational capability build needs, managing third party Learning partners/vendors as needed.
- Apply creativity to learning design, to build employee capability in a way which inspires and constructively challenges them.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
- Tertiary Qualification in Adult learning/Education/HR Related discipline (desired)
- Learning and Development experience (minimum 2 years)
- Instructional Design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies (desired)
- LMS knowledge (desired)
- Vendor management (desired)
- Project Management (desired)
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as Lectora, Captivate (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in handling matters independently or with limited guidance
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems through root cause analysis and identifying/implementing appropriate solutions
- Strong process knowledge and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
