The duties include:
- Collaborate with the Learning Design Team to scope project milestones, develop, review, and approve content for adult learning programs.
- Project manage product development processes across multiple projects using various project management software to support business requirements, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
- Lead the creation of new market opportunities, foster strong relationships throughout the design process, and coordinate with internal and external teams to drive innovative approaches to adult learning and educational technology.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Provide support and scope appropriate programs for tender applications.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness of the impact design decisions have on timelines and deliverables.
- Drive the process of adhering to quality standards, accessibility and copyright requirements throughout the design and development cycle.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- Bachelor degree plus at least four years subsequent relevant experience. (A Master's qualification would be looked upon favourably).
- Excellent communication skills, leading and defining processes and effective internal and external stakeholder management
- Extensive project management skills
- Sound understanding of learning theories, pedagogical principles and learning technologies, their application in learning design, and an ability to synthesise and convey this information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly experienced in leading projects in the design, development and application of adult learning programs, initiatives and products.
- Strong knowledge of the blended learning / flipped classroom approach.
- Highly experienced using the Canvas learning management system, Zoom, H5P.
- Experienced using Rise Articulate and Adobe Creative Suites would be highly regarded.
