The Role
Seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for part-time role in Parramatta.
Responsibilities include:

• Leading L&D projects and initiatives.
• Managing e-learning platform.
• Conducting training needs analysis.
• Addressing skill gaps.
• Developing development programs.
• Overseeing induction programs.
• Collaborating with legal community.
• Managing supplier agreements.
• Supporting firm projects.
• Ensuring CPD compliance.
• Handling study program inquiries.
• Collating training feedback.

About You
 
The ideal candidate should have:

• 3-5 years of L&D management experience in legal, consulting, or professional services.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering innovative L&D initiatives.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating discussions.
• Ability to develop and manage learning programs aligned with firm objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
• Efficient project prioritization and goal achievement.
• Proactive team player with focus on enhancing employee proposition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for driving learning and innovation.
• Flexibility to support organizational changes.
• Tech proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office suite.
