The Role
Seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for part-time role in Parramatta.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading L&D projects and initiatives.
- Managing e-learning platform.
- Conducting training needs analysis.
- Addressing skill gaps.
- Developing development programs.
- Overseeing induction programs.
- Collaborating with legal community.
- Managing supplier agreements.
- Supporting firm projects.
- Ensuring CPD compliance.
- Handling study program inquiries.
- Collating training feedback.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of L&D management experience in legal, consulting, or professional services.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering innovative L&D initiatives.
- Experience in presenting and facilitating discussions.
- Ability to develop and manage learning programs aligned with firm objectives.
- Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
- Efficient project prioritization and goal achievement.
