Join the largest Government Authority in Northern Australia! Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to work on a short-term assignment until end of June 2024 with possibility of an extension.
About the role:
Lead, develop and support a team to meet service expectations of the organisation.
Coordinate learning and development framework, including management of the learning management system (LMS).
Coordinate and review the process of ensuring training needs are identified and managed to ensure all staff are working with the relevant legislative framework
Ability to build strong customer relationships, balancing multiple and diverse stakeholder needs, and delivering customer-centric solutions that also meet organisational objectives.
About you:
Previous experience in management of programs including the development and implementation
You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills
