Project Coordinator | Luxury Development

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a local luxury Property Developer and Builder in a Project Coordination role across new high-end houses and town house developments. 

A great role to set you up into the luxury property development industry learning from the best in development and construction. Due to their growing development of projects, they are looking for an additional team member to project coordinate the design and build of luxury projects. 

You will be working alongside the Director, coordinating and project managing suppliers, subcontractors, town planning, development administrative tasks and design reviews. 

This is a permanent long-term role, where you will grow and be exposed to the property development process from feasibility to construction of luxury high-end projects. They are well-known boutique development company based in Brisbane’s Northside with parking available onsite.

You will flourish in this role if you have a keen interest in the design, development and construction process of high-end luxury projects. 

Main Duties:    

• Project co-ordination; design, build, delivery and marketing of high end luxury homes in Brisbane. 
• Schedule, plan and implement the many tasks of each project.
• Obtaining quotes, ordering and coordinating of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Reviewing plans and designs and assisting in driving design and selection choices. 
• Development administration-working through town planning tasks of each project. 
• Social media management and general marketing implementation.
• Assisting the Director with overflow of daily duties.   .

Skills and Experience:                             

• Efficient with ability to drive outcomes and be solutions focused
• Exceptional planning skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel - with an ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills.
• Must be professional, friendly, and willing to help others.
• Experience/an interest in residential construction, design and development.
• Degrees in Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, Building a bonus.
