Form of workWe are looking for a team player to join us in an exciting new role within our People & Culture team located in Brisbane.
The role
Working closely with the People & Culture team and senior team, this role will focus on promotion of our learning management system (LMS) to work towards a continuous learning culture, and support the wider business with identifying relevant training for teams and individuals.
Other key duties include:
- Update learning matrix, review compliance and make recommendations.
- Support the completion of learning across the business and ensure regular and accurate reporting.
- Review training needs within KPIs and provide recommendations.
- Work with the wider team to update and continuously improve our onboarding process.
This is a fixed term, part-time role, working three days per week until December 2024. We are open to flexible working arrangements including adjusted start/finish times and hybrid working for the right person. Due to the nature of the role, there may be some interstate travel required.
Skills & experience
Your strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a coaching style approach will be key to your success in the role. Ideally you will have previous experience and knowledge/understanding of adult learning principles and implementation/promotion of an LMS.
You must be competent in using the Microsoft Suite of products and ideally have previously used the LMS, Go1.
