This new Government Agency is seeking a Learning and Development Designer to be responsible for designing and delivering long lasting training programs and materials that support the induction of employees into the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Consulting with business units to identify skill gaps, future plans and develop training to suit their needs.
- Designing and delivering integrated Learning & Development initiatives
- Develop induction programs and corporate training
- Design and build effective manager training toolkits for performance discussion.
- Provide reporting, insights and data driven assessment to measure the impact of L&D activities on capability growth.
You will have
- 6 years + experience in working as a Learning and Development Designer
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end L&D activities
- Previous experience in leadership development / manager training
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
