About the role
Empower our people to learn and grow, with clear linkage to organisational strategy, roadmaps, and programs focusing on technologies that support customer outcomes including cloud and cyber security. Cenitex fosters a learning culture that enables people to connect and unify to deliver innovative solutions to enable better outcomes for our staff and for the people of Victoria.
What you will be working on:
- Lead and advise on learning design and training accreditation model for Cenitex
- Develop and deliver learning programs and content for learning solutions that meet strategic needs of the organisation and of our people - across leadership, enterprise skills and technology programs
- Develop and drive initiatives to improve engagement and effectiveness of our systems and programs
Let’s talk about you!
You are someone with:
- Demonstrated experience working in Learning and Development or across the Organisational Development space, including strong understanding of developing and delivering learning content to audiences and training accreditation models
- Superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence strategic outcomes
- Strong ability to analyse complex issues and identify effective solutions
