Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborating with other staff and providing professional support and advice to identify & implement adjustments for students with identified learning requirements.
- Being a lived example to various stakeholders in matters of faith and conduct
- Developing individual learning plans and provide direct instruction to both individual students and small groups
- Demonstrate pastoral care of students & and ability to integrate appropriate ICT
- Organising special provisions for exams & assessments, closely liaising with NESA when required.
- Maintaining a current knowledge of NCCD policies, procedures & requirements
- Solid teaching experience as a subject matter expert, post graduate qualifications in Special/Inclusive Education will be highly regarded
- Current NESA accreditation and DEMONSTRATED REGULAR CHURCH ATTENDANCE combined with participation in church activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail
- High level software skills with programs including MS Office & the Google platform
- Ability to maintain data integrity and ensure confidentiality at all times
