About the role
The Learning System Advisor will contribute to the success of our team by managing the testing, uploading and assignment of learning. Primarily supporting the Learning & Development team, this role will manage all content testing and upload, ensuring the relevant assignment of audience groups and maintenance of the learning curricula as well as managing 1st level learning queries and the shared learning inbox.
This role has national scope and is responsible for:
- Testing and Publishing: Manage the testing and publishing of content for learning programs through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Query Management: Handle first-level learning queries and assign second and third-level queries to relevant stakeholders.
- LMS Management: Oversee end-to-end management of content upload, reporting, and maintenance on the LMS, including creating, assigning, and editing items and curricula, scheduling classes, and delivering on reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and champion effective team processes, ensuring consistency in practice and service levels across the business, with a primary focus on compliance and regulatory learning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Own the development and delivery of all learning regulatory and compliance training aligned with Officeworks and Wesfarmers commitments.
About you
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in learning administrator or system specialist roles, experience in utilising Learning Systems and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
