Reporting to the Industrial Leasing Executive and Director of Leasing, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic Industrial Leasing team!Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Build and expand the existing tenant databases by actively canvassing businesses and gathering key information to support business decision-making; Utilise your contacts and skills to identify potential tenants, assess their suitability, and make recommendations to the Industrial Leasing Executive/Director of Leasing; Assist in the preparation and drafting of leasing proposals, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and are subject to approval by the Industrial Leasing Executive/Director of Leasing; and Compile and edit various reports contributing to the smooth operation of the leasing process and overall business functions. Don't hesitate to contact us directly to view the full position description.Desirable but not required qualifications and experience include: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, real estate, property management, or a related discipline; Familiarity with industrial real estate and leasing practices, laws, and regulations; Thorough understanding of the life cycle of a lease deal; Experience in using property management software to set up properties, manage leases, and track leasing activities; Knowledge of financial aspects related to leasings, such as leasing fees and incentives; and Experience in cold calling and canvassing. We are looking for someone who is: Honest, reliable and has integrity; Driven and self-motivated to succeed; Has a desire and willingness to learn all aspects of Industrial Property; Able to work autonomously and make a positive impact within the team; Has good communication skills, both verbal and written; and Experienced with Client/Customer Service and/or Sales (required).
