Customer Service Role In Real Estate - Leasing Consultant

Independent Property Management is growing and we’re looking for someone with a passion for people and teamwork and who is resilient and well organised, to thrive in our exciting, fast-paced industry. Our Leasing Consultant role requires an individual with excellent people skills and a well-rounded understanding of business processes who is passionate about making a difference as well as being empathetic and always looking for solutions to any problem with a growth mindset. You are the initial face of our business so your presentation and follow up must be impeccable.

• experience is preferred but not essential
• great organisation and time management
• ability to prioritise effectively
• excellent written and verbal communication
• a sense of urgency
• the ability to work self-directed and as part of a team
• exceptional people skills and a customer-service focus
• demonstrated initiative, and a proactive and innovative nature
• a passion for making a difference
• attention to detail with a focus on finding solutions
• must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays
• drivers licence
• a positive, go getter attitude
• relationship-focused, with an ability to build lasting relationships with a wide variety of people, at all levels
• operates with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times
• genuine team player who works well with others and respects and displays the values of the organisation
• must hold, or be willing to obtain, ACT Assistant Agent Registration - Real Estate
