Position Overview: As a Residential Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our leasing operations, assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal homes. From conducting property tours to processing lease applications, you'll be the face of our agency, providing expert guidance and personalized assistance every step of the way. Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial contact to lease signing.
- Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and verify rental history.
- Coordinate move-in logistics, including inspections, lease signings, and key exchanges.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly.
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software .
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain
