About the role
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team to deliver the very best leasing service for our clients and tenants.
You will be an integral part of the Property Management Team and tasks would include but not be limited to:
- Preparing new leases and lease renewals
- Conducting open homes
- Managing online property listings
- Processing tenant applications
- Responding to Enquiries
About You:
- Previous experience as a leasing officer
- Current Drivers License
- Reliable car
- Current QLD real estate certificate
- Ability to work a rotational Saturday
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a friendly team
- A very high level of personal presentation
- Exceptional people skills – friendly, helpful and proactive
- Very good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- The ability and a willingness to take ownership of the role and extend its value in our business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A happy and helpful personality
Salary is commensurate with experience.
