Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with personalized tours of available properties.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential residents.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application completion, lease signing, and move-in procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including traffic, leasing status, and resident interactions.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure leasing goals are met and resident satisfaction is maintained.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our properties in the market.
- Conduct in-going reports of rental properties for new tenancies using your attention to detail to comlpete written & photo reports.
