The Role
This full-time position will be tasked with ensuring the efficient and successful leasing of properties whilst supporting the property managers with all rental duties.
- Schedule and conduct open inspections & manage all rental enquiries
- Schedule and complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Complete detailed in coming condition report inspections in preparation for new tenancies
- Complete thorough vacating inspections and report discrepancies to the Property Managers
- Processing of applications & related paperwork
- Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless property operations
