The Role

This full-time position will be tasked with ensuring the efficient and successful leasing of properties whilst supporting the property managers with all rental duties. 

• Schedule and conduct open inspections & manage all rental enquiries
• Schedule and complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Complete detailed in coming condition report inspections in preparation for new tenancies
• Complete thorough vacating inspections and report discrepancies to the Property Managers
• Processing of applications & related paperwork
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless property operations
• Opportunity to manage your own portfolio

Skills & Experience

• A reliable car and valid driver's license are essential
