Position Overview: As a Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include conducting open for inspections on Saturdays and answering queries from prospective tenants. You'll play a vital role in showcasing our available properties and providing valuable information to help tenants find their ideal rental home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open for inspections at various properties, showcasing features and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Greet and welcome visitors, answering any questions they may have about the property and rental process.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including rental prices, lease terms, and application procedures.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring all visitors feel valued and respected.
- Collect and record contact information from interested parties for follow-up communication.
- Assist with scheduling inspection runs as needed.
- Keep abreast of property availability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to complete prior to employment commencement)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to assist prospective tenants in finding their ideal home.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for attending property inspections.
