The Role:
- Leasing vacant properties
- Working closely with both the BDM and PM teams
- Communicate with internal and external parties throughout the leasing process
- Marketing available properties for lease
- Scheduling open homes
- Processing applications
- Monday-Saturday, (1/2 day Friday & ½ day Saturday )
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience is not essential but is preferred
- Have a valid drivers license and reliable car
- Be well presented and a confident communicator
- Be passionate about a career in real estate
- All properties central to the office
