On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conduct Open Homes
• Process applications
• Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
• Communicate with Tenants and Landlords
• Maintain & develop client relationships
• Offer professional advice to clients
• Ad hoc administration duties  
• Signing up new business opportunities (lots of warm leads from the sales team!) 

The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. Previous industry experience is highly regarded however, not essential. We are seeking an individual with:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• High communication both written & verbal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great customer service skills
• Immaculate personal presentation 
• Confidence & a can-do approach (attitude is EVERYTHING!)
