Dominating the area with Short Term Accommodation, this client predominantly looks after properties with lease agreements above 3 months. Growing quickly and extremely successfully, they are looking for the next superstar addition to the team.
The Role:
- Manage vacancies and ensure that properties have occupants at all times, all inspections done by appointment only
- Manage maintenance and lease renewals in collaboration with the Property Manager (if rented from an agency) or with the private landlord
- Market properties via social media and other platforms
- List new business properties with incentives in place for new listings
- All properties located in the Glen Eira/Inner Bayside areas
- Monday - Friday, Saturday's only when viewings are required
- WFH flexibility
- Salary between $70,000 - $80,000 + super + commission
- Highly autonomous
About You:
- Experience working in Real Estate
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
- Skilled in using social media and cloud softwares
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
