Carter Ferguson is an established law firm seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant and an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
You will work closely with the Directors, team of Solicitors, Conveyancers and Paralegals, you will become part of a team in one of our six locations in the beautiful Illawarra & Shoalhaven.
You will have a hands-on approach, be passionate about collaboration and getting results by providing a more human, caring and contemporary approach to the law.
The right candidates will have a high attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders. It is important that you possess a strong sense of compassion and empathy, and can listen to client's needs to provide the most appropriate support and assistance for their situation.
You will be a problem solver who has excellent Office 365 skills and who can deal with multiple tasks at one time. You will have great time management, be able to work well in a team, with the ability to work autonomously with your own initiative.
A minimum of at least 1+ years experience is required for a Legal Administrative Assistant role and a minimum 2+ years experience for a Paralegal role, preferably in New South Wales. It is desirable that the right candidate for the Paralegal role will have experience in Estate Planning.
