AddressAn exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Legal Assistant/PA to join the Commercial Litigation team in Sydney, supporting a highly regarded partner and a small team of lawyers.
This role will be well suited an organised and proactive individual who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for their day to day tasks. Exposure to working in a litigation practice will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
File management
Matter opening
Managing calendars and appointments
Billing, time coding and reporting
Assisting with events and business development activities
Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings
Required skills and personal attributes:
Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environment
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Ability to develop professional relationships internally and with clients
