The opportunity
Join our Construction & Infrastructure team in HWLE'S Adelaide office. We have a down-to-earth team culture and our administrative support is the cornerstone of our success. If you take pride in having great organisational skills, attention to detail and want to join a firm committed to your success and development, then this opportunity is made for you. Day to day you'll find yourself busy with:
- assisting Partners and other legal staff;
- opening and closing files
- using various court filing systems
- preparing correspondence, contracts and other documents
- monthly billing in our Aderant software; and
- diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:
- Experience with providing admin support to Partners/Executives;
- Financial software experience and using electronic filing systems (such as iManage and Aderant) is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Experience in all jurisdictions e-courts
