They have a beautiful office in the CBD and are now looking for aLegal Assistant to provide support to an award-winning Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the firm’s high-performing Commercial Law team, where you will flourish in your career and continue to develop your skills.
In this role you will be supporting the partner and three lawyers to provide top-notch administration support.
They are open to considering either an intermediate or senior Legal Assistant as they can change the role to suit. There is also plenty of opportunity to take on more and grow in your career as this team continues to grow.
Some of your duties will include:
- Diary management for the Partner and other operators
- Drafting correspondence
- Editing & amending legal documents
- File management/opening & closing files
- Scanning, photocopying and proof-reading documents
- Ad hoc duties
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised and have excellent planning skills. You will be focused and task driven. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal is required along with a positive and energetic attitude.
