The Role and responsibilities
Our Disputes + Investigations (D+I) team in Melbourne is headed by one of the pre-eminent commercial litigators in Australia, and the team works on high-profile, complex, and newsworthy disputes on a daily basis.
 
In this role, you will provide support to our Melbourne D+I team and work closely with our D+I Executive Assistants to support the two partners in the team. The day to day responsibilities in the role include:
  • Document and file management of multiple files
  • Preparation of court documents
  • Preparation of briefs to counsel
  • Liaising with clients, counsel and other parties
  • Attending to e-filing processes
  • Diary and email management
  • Assisting with monthly billing and accounts reporting/management
  • Organising travel, flights and accommodation
 
About You
To be successful in this role you will have previous customer service/administration experience and you will also be/have: 
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Commitment to premium client service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
