Key Responsibilities:
As the Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting high-profile partners working on large-scale general commercial litigation, class actions, and corporate crime investigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting basic correspondence, emails, and documents.
• Managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Email management.
• Collating briefs and essential documents.
• Conducting ASIC/Title searches.
• Dealing with complex billing, sometimes international.
• Ad hoc general administration support.

Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will possess:

• 5+ years Legal Assistant experience in a strong litigation team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
