The role is full time and standard office hours. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the multiple solicitors. Some of the duties are but not limited to:
- Organisation and management of lawyers schedules
- Empathetic client communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of lawyers
- Filing and management of court documents
- Helping other support staff when needed
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to possess the following:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills
- Accurate and proficient typing skills
