A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Legal Secretary to join this well respected team on a four day week basis although full-time will also be considered.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Dictation transcription
- File management - opening of new files, maintaining records, filing of legal documents
- Formatting of letters, court documents and commercial legal documents
- Conducting statutory searches
- Extensive client and key stakeholder liaison
- Preparing and managing the monthly billing process
- Some reception duties
- Other ad hoc support duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 year's previous experience as a Legal Secretary as well as:-
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fast & accurate typing
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
