Our client is searching for an energetic and client focused Legal Assistant who prides on delivering quality work and helps make a difference. This role will have you focusing on estate administration and litigation within a team of 20 people.
About you
You will be an excellent organiser and communicator. 2+ years as an Administration/Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant experience preferred. Ideally in Wills & Estates.

About the Role
- Assisting with the running of estate administration files (including preparing applications for probate and letters of administration) and estate litigation files
- Responding to client enquiries via email and phone
- Assisting with drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations and bills
- Arranging and managing appointments with our people and clients
- Assisting with managing work allocation, helping the team track and achieve their goals
- Supporting our team with other admin tasks that come across your desk
- File correspondence and documents
