The role
Supporting several highly regarded Lawyers, who are experts in their fields, this role will see you join a growing Intellectual Property team, who are taking their practice to the next level. The role will suit a legal secretary (with over a years experience) who is eager to the next step in their career.
Duties

• Filing, monitoring, recording and reporting of patent and design applications using Patent File System
• Updating the IP database to reflect the status of each patent or design
• Preparation of documents and applications
• Email and diary management

You
With your professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills, this is a fantastic opportunity for a legal secretary who is experienced and comfortable within a relaxed corporate environment to take ownership of a role and progress beyond secretarial duties.
