We're working with a long established Brisbane law firm that are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Litigation team.
As a Legal Secretary, you will work as part of a high-performing team covering Commercial Litigation and Insolvency matters.
This role would be suitable for an intermediate or senior legal secretary who has experience with billing and court documents / brief creation.
The role
- Preparing court documents and briefs;
- Diary and email management;
- Communication and correspondence with clients and third party providers; and
- Administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of matters inc monthly billing.
About you
- Experience as a legal secretary, ideally in litigation;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders; and
- A mindset and a drive to deliver on high standards.
