With direct access to Partners and Senior Legal Assistants, you will be able to grow and develop your skills in a fun and dynamic environment.Whilst each day will be different, key elements of the role will include:
- Secretarial support for high-volume general administrative tasks;
- Word processing, typing and amending documents and correspondence;
- Day to day filing, scanning, copying and saving of emails and legal documents (both physical and electronic files);
- Taking messages accurately and directing them through appropriate channels;
- Diary management for authors, including booking meetings either in person or virtually;
- Weekly financial reports for authors;
- Domestic travel arrangements;
- Processing of credit card reconciliation and reimbursements;
- File opening and closing; and
- Time entry, monthly billing and reporting.

- Maturity around confidential and sensitive information;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external parties;
- An ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
- Impeccable attention to detail;
