Our client is a highly regarded national law firm that provides a broad range of legal expertise in a wide variety of practice areas including Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Family Law, WorkCover, Property and Employment Law.
Being a Float Legal Assistant, you will be working with a wide range of personalities so being friendly and approachable and someone who is able to build rapport quickly is a must.
There will be a wide variety of work in this role but your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparing agreements and contracts from precedents;
- E-lodgement of Court documents;
- Administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, emailing, etc;
- Organising client meetings and diary management;
- Filing - electronic and hard copy; and
- Entering billable time and electronic billing;
