Legal Assistant - Personal Injury (Ringwood)

Are you an experienced Personal InjuryLegal Assistant keen to work close to home in Ringwood? 2 days WFH and support a Principal on a 1:1 basis.

An exceptional opportunity for a talented Personal InjuryLegal Assistant to consolidate their career and be part of a highly regarded and well established specialist Personal Injury law firm and work at their Ringwood office.
As a Legal Assistant to a supportive Principal, this role will allow you to be involved and take on additional responsibilities on a rare 1:1 basis.
Experience in Personal Injury/WorkCover/TAC is essential, and you must have proven secretarial experience in a busy legal practice.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;
• diary management and arranging appointments
• word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
• drafting documents and correspondence
• filing and email management
• assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
• liaising with clients and assisting where appropriate
Skills & experience we'd love...
To secure this fantastic opportunity the successful candidate will have a pro-active and positive attitude together with;
• advanced MS Word and typing skills
• a keen eye for detail
• the ability to multi-task and use initiative
• excellent inter-personal skills
This is a very hands on position, where you will work in the firm's Ringwood office and run the show! Work from home 2 days a week.
