The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to work in the Real Estate and Construction team. You will work in a supportive and friendly environment which is busy, fast-paced and offers a challenge!
You will provide administration support to two fantastic friendly partners and a dedicated team of lawyers. You will have lots of variety and challenge in this role!
Some of your duties will include;
- Liaising with clients
- Opening and closing files
- Conducting property searches
- Diary management
- Monthly billing
- Preparation of legal documents including formatting correspondence and documents
- Assisting with other general administration duties
This position will suit someone who has experience in supporting in Real Estate and Construction and someone who is wanting to work as a team.
You will have excellent communication skills, meticulous organisational ability, a sharp eye for detail and a confident, polished and enthusiastic approach to work.
