Legal Assistant To Head Of Practice

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 'career' Legal Assistant with no less than 2 years of experience in a private practice law firm to join a national law firm and support the Head of Practice in a busy role providing all facets of administrative support.

In this role, you will be working on cutting-edge legal matters in the Regulatory and Charities space, with your responsibilities including: 

• Preparing and amending complex legal documentation;
• Diary management;
• Drafting emails and detailed correspondence under instruction;
• End-of-month billing; and
• Coordination of client meetings, travel and presentations; and
• All aspects of file management

It is essential that you have the ability prioritise your tasks, exceptional organisational and communication skills and strong initiative. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to stay two steps aHead of your author's requirements at all times, whilst providing top-level administrative support.
