This family run well renowned Personal Injury Law firm, are seeking a motivated Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join on a Full-Time basis. Reporting into the owner Directly, you will be helping their growth and being a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Diary Management
- Assisting with File Management
- Archiving and general administrative assistance
- Providing administrative support to Legal professionals and Business support professionals
- Booking meeting rooms as requested
- Booking couriers as requested
- Be able to cover alternating shifts on reception
- Collect, open, sort and deliver mail
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Ideally you will have:
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and in particular Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and typing skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive energy with a can-do attitude
- The desire to work in an office environment, with a view towards developing the skills required to build a career in the Personal Injury industry
- Ability to learn and develop competence with legal practice management systems and legal document production
- Having previously worked for a Law Firm would be advantageous.
This will be a quick process by the firm, one Face to Face interview and offer expected.
