Are you an experienced Legal Assistant seeking a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a exciting new role with a highly regarded law firm based in Melbourne's bustling CBD.
About the Role:
As a Legal Assistant in the building and construction practice group, you will play a vital role in supporting a range of matters including construction and large infrastructure contracts and assisting with court and tribunal documentation for litigated cases. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Providing Partner level administrative support
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Preparing tribunal and court documentation
• Managing complex advice documents
• Timekeeping and billing
• General file management and electronic matter administration

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Legal Assistant role
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Note this role is not suited to law students or graduates
