A snapshot of your role…- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant to the Director of Legal and Legal Counsel
- Organise a variety of internal and external meetings for the department and include all relevant packs and necessary documents
- Record and track billable hours worked by Lawyers and staff using timekeeping software, and draft and generate invoices to ensure all billable hours and expenses are accurately recorded
- Retrieve information and register files through the practice management system and local databases, following strict processes and procedures
- Draft routine correspondence, handle phone enquiries, manage inbox correspondence, and present clear updates to team members
