About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal/Personal Assistant to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in the area of criminal law.
Duties
- Providing support to our team
- Telephone management and client liaison
- Diary management
- Opening, closing and archiving matters
- Maintaining paper and electronic files
- Scanning, copying and collating documents
- Filing documents (physical and electronic)
- Teleconference and audio visual link bookings
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintenance of the office and stationary
- Ad hoc administration and PA tasks
- Act as a personal assistant to a busy mother and business owner, assisting with a variety of tasks to streamline daily life.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure efficient time management.
- Coordinate household tasks such as errands, picking items up, dropping items off, meal planning, and overseeing home maintenance.
- Handle administrative duties including email correspondence, filing, and organising personal documents.
- Assist with personal errands and special projects as needed.
- Sell clothing and personal items.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email, calendar programs, and word processing software.
- Must have a driver licence.
