As a Legal Secretary within this firm, you will be supporting up to 6 team members at a time. This role requires someone who can work with different management styles, and who wants to take ownership for their work. Currently we're actively seeking someone who is immediately available and can work for 4 weeks, though there also may be opportunities beyond this for a contract extension, or for permanent full-time roles, for PR or Citizens.
The responsibility
Your responsibilities in this role are vital in supporting the everyday functioning of the team. Your day-to-day will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Diary management and schedule planning
- Creating and amending typed documents, emails, memos and taking minutes
- Managing monthly billing processes & invoicing requirement
- Processing expense claims & cheque requisitions
- Supporting the lawyers with time sheets
- Assisting with client events & team social functions
- Conducting thorough statistical and documentary research

You will have worked as a Legal Secretary supporting a busy team for at least 3+ years. Strong skills in billing are not essential, though this will be looked upon favourably, along with client reporting.
