Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange legal documents
- Legal research, fact gathering and information retrieval
- Drafting correspondence
- Drafting pleadings, document responses and discoveries
- Contacting and conferencing with clients
- Supporting multiple partners & lawyers
Key Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of legal terminology and federal and state rules of legal procedure
- Full Australian Working Rights
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is desirable - Family Law, Litigation & Dispute resolution, Property & Leasing, Construction & Infrastructure or Corporate banking.
