About us
Clements & Co Law is a Gold Coast based, full service Law Firm specialising in Property, Commercial, Wills & Estates and Migration Law.
The position can either start immediately 1-2 days a week of your choice, commencing full time 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, from 13 May 2024 or alternatively, commence full time employment from 13 May 2024. The role is for a period of twelve (12) months to cover Paralegal Maternity Leave, with the potential to renew contract, subject to performance.
The Role
The position will include working across a range of practice areas, including support to the firm's solicitors and undertaking administration tasks including the use of software programs LEAP, PEXA and Infotrack. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, drafting documents and correspondence, reviewing documents, undertaking legal research, file management, conveyancing, general office duties etc.
Some experience is preferred however not essential.
