We are currently looking for a full-time administration assistant who will undertake the combined role of Legal Assistant and Receptionist.
If you have great multi-tasking skills and experience working in customer service or an operational environment we would like to hear from you.
Your Role
- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Organising the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management for lawyers.
- Sending monthly invoicing to clients.
- General administrative duties including maintaining office equipment and office supplies, filing and internal/external communications.
About You
- You have the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently within a team environment.
- You are a great communicator with both clients and colleagues.
- You are professional with all your interactions and strive to perform your role to the best of your ability.
- You are extremely well organised with a positive can do attitude.
