AddressWe have a permanent part-time position available for an experienced Legal Bookkeeper.
The position is for 2 to 4 days per week with the potential for further hours.
Please note this is a 6 month personal leave cover position with a
possible extension up to 12 months.
Some experience with Comparto, LEAP and XERO legal accounting systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Experience working with NAB Connect and NAB Transact would also be
an advantage.
The role involves general legal bookkeeping including:
- Operating Trust and General Account
- Drawing Cheques
- Preparing Receipts
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Electronic Fund Transfers
- Weekly payrolls using XERO
- PEXA transactions
- Payments to the Office of State Revenue
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements and liaising with ATO.
