As an upshot of growth, they are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Legal team in their Sydney headquarters.
Position Description
In this role as a Legal Counsel you will be supporting and collaborating closely with the major projects, delivery, and procurement teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and associated documents for infrastructure projects.
- Providing legal assistance in administering contracts during the project delivery phase.
Ideally, you will have had exposure to both law firm and in-house environments.
